Covert Surveillance, the most important factor of a claims investigation.  When investigating insurance claims, video surveillance is the most frequent element used to determine the physical activity of a claimant that may contradict the reported injury.  In order to be effective, the surveillance investigator must be unseen.  Along with leading edge technology, there is no wonder why our investigators always accomplish their objective.
